In honor of the A's finally clinching the AL West, here is an old drawing circa 89-90, from when I was a kid. I believe it was based on a Score trading card. Hopefully the team can make it out the first round this time. -R.

Tite... a big head Eck... You surprise me though... I figured you'd go for a Kirk Gibson 88 drawing in light of the Dodgers clinch action.
First off, I detest "Crippled" Gibson with a passion and Furthermore, I was like 10 years old when I made this. This was created around the time when the A's swept the Giants in the Bay Bridge series.
Mike prob. thought I drew this or he's being sarcastic. Bet, on the latter. I would have drawn bulldog Hersh. :) Ahhh Gibson's homer, best day of my life. Good luck in a few hours green and gold.
